It's official, we are in FULL FALL SWING over here! I’ve been on a mission to blend all the cozy fall flavors we love into a bite-size appetizer, and you guys – these little treats turned out so yummy!! Whether you’re planning for Thanksgiving or just need a quick, crowd-pleasing snack for a holiday party, this recipe has you covered. Picture flavors like goat cheese, pomegranate, pecan, and a hint of rosemary all wrapped up in a perfect golden bite that’s festive, fun, and totally delicious!

This easy-to-make appetizer will add a touch of elegance to your fall gatherings, and trust me, everyone will be asking for the recipe! So, let’s dive into this cozy recipe that’s bound to be a new favorite on your holiday menu.

Ingredients:
The phyllo cups are pre-made and you can find them in the freezer section. The other ingredients you will need goat cheese, fresh rosemary, honey, pecans, and pomegranate seeds.

Super Simple Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350

Take the phyllo cups out of the package and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment

Add one tablespoon of goat cheese to each cup, Add a couple sprigs of fresh rosemary, Add crushed pecans

Drizzle a whole bunch of honey on top

Put them in the oven for 10-15 minutes until they get nice and toasty

Once they come out, drizzle some more honey and top and then add fresh pomegranate seeds
