To start a return:
Once your order has been placed we are unable to cancel or edit your order.
When a package appears to be missing, it is usually one of the following situations:
-The package may have been delivered to a neighbor's home.
-The shipping carrier marked the order as delivered before it actually has been.
If you are still unable to locate the package 5 business days after the labeled delivery date, please contact customer service. We are happy to help!
We currently only ship within the US but hope to expand that in the future!

Shipping & Delivery
For orders placed through our online storefront, please allow up to 2-3 business days for order processing. Orders are shipped on regular business days which excludes weekends. Orders must be placed before 3 pm EST for them to begin the processing phase that day. Orders placed after 3 pm EST will begin being processed the next day. For orders placed with expedited shipping options, please note that they must be placed before 2 pm EST for them to be processed and shipped the same day.
Shipping rates can vary depending on your region and are calculated at checkout.

Route provides shipping protection to protect your package in the event that it gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit. If you deselected Route at checkout, Marea is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.If you experienced an issue with your order, please file a claim with Route’s team here.
Route Shipping Protection
Route's Package Protection is a package protection solution that helps cover your order in the event that your order gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit. We know how frustrating it is to have something happen to your order, so we’ve partnered with Route to offer added assurance that you’re supported, no matter what. Package Protection can be added during checkout.
You can also utilize the Route App to visually track all of your online orders in one place and easily file a claim with their team. If your Route-protected order ends up lost, damaged, or stolen, Route’s expert support team helps ensure that your order gets replaced or refunded as preferred. Claims will be reviewed for approval within 1-2 business days from filing.

Refunds: When refunding an item, Route covers the subtotal, shipping, and taxes if the merchant has Automatic Issue Resolution enabled.
In both cases, the Route Premium cost will not be refunded.
Reorders: Route will reorder the items, depending on in-stock availability. Unavailable items will be refunded. Route will cover the cost of any reorders including shipping, taxes, and Route Shipping Protection.
Marked As Delivered (Stolen)
- Claims will be reviewed no earlier than 5 calendar days and no later than 30 calendar days from when it was marked delivered.
Stuck In Transit (Lost)
- For domestic orders, claims will be reviewed no earlier than 7 calendar days and no later than 30 calendar days from the last update. The maximum filing time is 365 days from the order date.
- For international orders, claims will be reviewed no earlier than 20 calendar days and no later than 30 calendar days from the last update. The maximum filing time is 365 days from the order date.
Damaged
- Claims for damaged items require photos of the packaging and item(s) and must be filed no later than 30 calendar days from when it was marked delivered.

If your order has arrived to you damaged, please take photos of the item and the packaging it arrived in to include in your claim when filing.

If your order has defects or you suspect it was damaged during manufacturing, please reach out to us and we will be happy to work with you to remedy the situation.
If you insured your order with Route at checkout, you will receive a confirmation email from Route with a link to file a shipping issue.
You can also file a shipping issue on Route’s app or via the web here. To file a claim, you will need your store order number OR Route ID number and the email address that was attached to the order.

Returns & Refunds
Items purchased between November 18, 2024, and December 31, 2024, can be returned until January 10, 2025. Items purchased in January 2025 will be subject to the standard 14-day return policy.
Yes. Clothing, shoes, and hats purchased through the website can be returned within 14 days of delivery, in original condition for a refund.
Within 14 days of delivery.
If a refund is selected within 14 days, the return shipping cost and a restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
If you request a refund back to your original payment method, a $9 restocking fee will be deducted from your total refund.
If you choose to receive your refund as store credit (gift card), no restocking fee will apply— you'll receive the full value of your return to use on a future purchase.
Shipping is not refundable, unless we have made a shipping error.
When an order includes free shipping, only the cost of the return shipping is handled by the customer.
Unfortunately no, all purchases made at Marea Offline are considered final sale and are not eligible for price adjustments or refunds.
Returns from different orders cannot be combined and processed as one.
